A party of self-destruction

The open feud between Ong Tee Keat and Chua Soi Lek in MCA is reminiscent of the infamous feuds of Tan Koon Swan versus Neo Yee Pan and Ling Liong Sik versus Lim Ah Lek. All feuds, past and present, are between the President and the Deputy President, each with his own supporters: a perfect recipe for destruction.

In such a divisive party, where the top echelon of power fights, the bottom part of the party members are confused and equally divided, it is a matter of time MCA loses its support not only from the Chinese community but also from Umno, which is the main component party of BN. Even when the EGM is over, the feud will continue to escalate with greater propensity and ferocity from both feuding parties.

I see this new episode of political feud in MCA as a disgrace to the Chinese community.
It is akin to two brothers fighting outside the house. And as if that is not enough, they continue to fight in the cinemas and shopping complexes for all and sundry to see. Wouldn't this bring shame to the parents and other siblings? Even if there is reconciliation among the two brothers who fought, the neighbors will still frown and shy away from the family. On the other hand, if the two brothers were to talk things over in an amicable manner in the house, there will be respect from the neighbors, no matter how bad the feud is.

It is most disheartening that despite of the two past political feuds among the President and the Deputy President, MCA has failed to learn its lesson. Like the neighbor, Umno has stayed away from this feud. Whether Umno will become a close ally again to MCA or distance itself further, depends on how good is the 'neighborliness' of Umno. But then, when the damage has already been done and respect lost, who will give a damn to MCA anymore?

Worse, they have now built a STAGE for performing this "鬼打鬼" show for public viewing! What an utter disgrace to a political party which claims to UNITE the Chinese in Malaysia, but whose President and its deputy cannot even come to terms with each other!!!!!

MCA is a ship of sinking organization. People of MCA may want to hit upon my head when I say this. They may regard me as immoral of my unproven comment it.
Malaysia needs its people to build it with heart and great intention. It can not wait further longer time to rebuild it effectively.
Chinese is the minority as Indian in this country and must join together to form stronger power in politic. MCA should actually resolve itself and join into PR as well as Gerakan take the same step.
There are hope if all Chinese cooperate together politically and economically.
This is a country of bewilderment. Extremist steals the show for overtaking the government decision and policies. It seems that our government is reluctant to take action against the race as extremist and stirring up racial tension to scare off people and foreign investments.
If Chinese can not regroup and form stronger repulsion along in politic, our future will be in the disaster. This shouldn't be missed to take awareness of it.
PR is considered little bit of weakness with its organization and internal structure. It can not fight BN efficiently. BN is too evilly to be fought off by PR. For it has its machinery to add on their power to wreck PR's political strenght.
We people want a developed country with harmony and living environment with full of contentment and human basic respect and freedom. It needs all the Malaysians join hand in hand to build it.

Let us think of it this way.
We know that Umno/BN is too strong to be kicked out as they control almost everything. If MCA/Gerakan were to join PR, then there will be no effective representative of the Chinese, resulting in greater 'persecution'.

Do you agree?

Yes! You aren't wrong at all.
If BN's still the government holder after next GE, there will no Chinese representative in BN government. What I mean is that if BN is no more the government administrator after next GE.
If it really happens MCA and Gerakan packs and leaves BN for good and joins into PR, PR will get stronger chances to win over BN and form its first federal government.

What Chinese representation can MCA offer when it is just a YESMAN? Does any MCA guy dare to stand out and say NO to UMNO????

We Chinese should take this into account of important that an united Chinese association is formed only that Chinese will be powerful enough to voice its political, economical and educational status effectively.
Where as Malays have 2 active political parties only. They can automatically dominate this country without problem. Chinese currently have 3 ethnic based political parties and Indians have more than 7 political parties. They are all man-made products of Umno manufacturing in order to for it to take control over them effectively.
If BN and PAS unification is successfully to be one, they will be absolutely making forceful omnipotent for themselves in the future when some psychos what to make something sicko. Those minorities with numbers of parties will definitely be bullied irrationally and severely.
At the present political scenario, there are signs Malays have been fooled to reacted irrationally toward opposition party unfriendly. Making this country becoming police state and obfuscation of psychological mentality. Government flippant policy is purported to show arrogance with ignorance and stupidity towards other ethnics and opposition party. Just for one thing they have to hold it on is that power of ruling. If they can efficiently run this country properly, that will be OK for us but, they have done it reversely. This must be changed. But then how to change? Is it need constantly against each other to make it to be more better? Actually it needs fundamental condition to upright the wrong. Other wise in the future there is no more betterment and development at all. Everything will be stagnate and rotten.

Let us not talk about Chinese,Malay or Indian anymore.
It is very divisive among the people and it does more harm than good. It certainly will benefits the racist party.

I believe OTK is extremely good in Chinese as demonstrated by his speeches. Then, can he tell the Chinese in Malaysia what MCA meant when leaders go up stage at the end of party functions, holding hands and singing "团结就是力量"?

MCA under OTK is the same as his predecessors. After getting power in the party, they had to be bent towards the stronger domineering master, the Umno.
It is all the voices are weak. Accumulation of repulsion is too little to embolden provocation. Eventually, those MCA holding high government posts choose to fatten themselves in wealth gaining instead of serving their constituencies.
It's why MCA's heads find it difficult to unite together to pave the way for betterment in seeking for Chinese community this country and other races for all.
Whereby the financial benefit is concerned, "unity is for their own belonging group." "United is power" is only the party slogan is part of the needs. It is useless at large. When penny is taken into consideration, no father and son is in one sprout. Your death is rather better then my dying. This MCA political ideology.
Look at the PKFZ case, one can see the point.
